What’s the rush to call the batter out. Do the umpires in Major League Baseball have something better to do then call the game fairly or are they told to call questionable balls strikes during rain delayed games. I believe the latter. I believe they are told to call the balls strikes to speed up the games because of the delay. I don’t know if it’s the tv executives or the MLB brass that push this. I dare the main stream media to call the MLB on this. I know they won’t because they are scared of losing their precious luxuiries afforded to them by the MLB itself. Just look at the times of the baseball games that were delayed because of rain. The umps call of strikeouts have taken a dramatic upturn. Just look at all the complained calls of the batters that were called out. Either the umps call fictious strikes and force the batters to swing at what they perceive that might be called a strike from the ump or the ump takes it on his own and calls the batter out.

The Yankees Vs. White Sox game had a 64 minute rain delay.

Ted Barrett’s the home plate umpire and he had a very generous strike zone. You thought he was holding a telethon for strikes. The Yankees could not adjust, taking a called third strike seven times and fanning 14 times in all. The White Sox had 9 strikeouts of their own. That’s a total of 23 strike outs. Really?? That many questionable strike outs. This is not the first game just the most recent. There is something going on that baseball is not as “real” as we would think. The powers that be manufacture what we see and put a pr spin on it. Don’t believe me?? Then why has it taken so long to identify the steroid ummm excuse me the players who have used performance enhancing substances(bull shit) to be identified since 2003!! Really does it take 6 years to say who of the assumed 104 MLB players took the ahem!! Sorry clearing my throat “PES” and so far only a very few have been identified. This is a farce and it’s time the public is aware of  it. It seems baseball is being run more like a reality tv show then America’s pastime. I am sick of it and you should be too!! Another thing how has Pete Rose with over four thousand hits, the most ever in baseball history not in the hall of fame? Yeah he bet on baseball but not when he was a player!! R.I.P. Bart Giamatti but Bud Selig needs to pull his head out of his As* or get out of baseball all together. He needs to reinstate Pete Rose to be where he belongs and that’s in the Baseball Hall of Fame.  I’m tired of this crap and you should be too!!!!
